Meeting Time Planner
Free, no account, works offline.
A grid of the whole day showing the local time in every city at once, colour-coded by whether that hour is inside working hours, just outside, or the middle of the night.
What it does
- Every hour of the day, in every selected city, in one table.
- Rows that work for everyone are highlighted.
- Adjustable working day, because nine to five is not universal.
- Marks when a city is on the previous or next date.
The part most calculators get wrong
The date, not just the hour. A 9am London call is the same day in Berlin, the previous evening in Los Angeles and the same night in Sydney — and a planner that shows only clock times quietly books half the room on the wrong day.
Common questions
What if there is no hour that works for everyone?
Then nothing is highlighted, and the amber band shows the hours just outside someone's working day — usually the least bad compromise. Spanning more than about ten hours of offset, somebody is always inconvenienced.
Can I change what counts as working hours?
Yes, and it applies to every city at once. Setting a narrower window makes the overlap stricter.
Does it account for daylight saving on the meeting date?
Yes. The grid is computed for the specific date you choose, so a recurring call scheduled across a clock change shows the shift rather than hiding it.
